Westside Love is a lifestyle brand built to celebrate shared love for the West Coast—its people, cultures, and inclusive spirit. I founded the brand and served as its Creative Director, leading end-to-end creative direction across identity, product, marketing, and physical experience, and building the systems that allowed the brand to scale.

As Creative Director, I set the creative bar and provided final approval across brand identity, apparel and headwear design, campaign photography, paid and organic creative, web experience, and retail expression. When projects required specialists, I directed photographers, illustrators, videographers, developers, and production partners—ensuring each output stayed aligned to the brand’s voice, standards, and intent.

The visual identity system is clean West Coast modernism—anchored by a restrained palette (black, white, red), clear typographic rules, and highly graphic illustration styles—designed to be flexible across hats, apparel, collaborations, and physical space. Over time, the identity expanded into a family of marks and characters designed to support different contexts while remaining unmistakably Westside Love.

Building, scaling, and operating Westside Love in market has directly shaped how I lead creative work: it clarified what customers actually respond to, what is essential versus decorative, and what systems must exist for design to translate into sustainable momentum across product, marketing, and retail.
