Orders
If you purchase a product from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date).
We use the information we collect from you for billing purposes and to fill your orders. We do not store your credit card information. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged for all orders shipped inside of California. San Diego sales tax is 8.0%. There is no sales tax charged for all orders shipped outside of California.
Receiving Orders
We take 1-3 days to process your orders.
Shipping
We ship orders via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping and delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
Product Etcetera values your support and hopes that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase and shopping experience. However, in the event that you are dissatisfied, we accept returns, exchanges or refunds within 14 calendar days after receiving the product. Original sales receipt and/or packing slip must accompany the return. All products must be returned in original packaging with original hang tags as they were received, and must show no signs of wear or damage in any way. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange if the items have any signs of wear, misuse or damage.
You must contact us within 14 days if you intend to return any product(s) back to us. Product(s) returned to us after 14 days and without contacting us will not be refunded. If the products are returned after the initial 14 days of receiving the product, we will offer an exchange or store credit only, at our sole discretion.
If we send you a damaged or incorrectly shipped product please contact us immediately. Defective products or products you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund. All refunds are contingent upon inspection of the product(s) once we receive it.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if Product Etcetera is not at fault. If a different size is desired, Product Etcetera will issue an exchange for the return in that item. However, we are not responsible for any shipping costs in the event of an exchange in size.
Sale items are final and are not returnable.
